I need to produce high resolution staff notation from abc files on
a Mac, and it needs to be no more than 6.5 inches wide. So I'm
using abc4mac and trying to figure out how to manipulate the page
size. From reading the documentation, it looks like it's possible
by using the command line, but I can't figure out exactly what I'm
supposed to type.
Can anybody help me out? Step-by-step instructions would be greatly
appreciated. On or off list.
