You can probably do this by editing the postscript, but it's much easier
to use GhostScript.

If you don't already have it, go to:

http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/doc/AFPL/get510.htm

and download the MacGS viewer.

Use the open command to open your postscript file, and you will get
a picture of the page.

Use the Page Setup command in MacGS, and print from there.

If you need more control than this, you can copy the picture to the
clipboard and paste into a graphics program (Photoshop, GraphicConverter
or whatever), edit it and print from there.
