[abcusers] abc2midi - a useful mod.

Hi.

Here's an idea:
One can do a simple change to abc2midi to make it derive the midi output file 
name from the T: field.  I did it by introducing a new switch --names.

Those who think it a good idea can figure out how to do it easily -
'tis not my program :-)
