The tune (not the Holst arrangement) is in the Episcopal hymnal, 1982,
#92. A google search on Episcopal hymnal 1982 gives several indices,
and a set of midi files of all the tunes that are out of copyright.
(In this case the tune and the latin words are long out of copyright,
but the English translation is not.)
If we ever get the abc2midi problem licked, this would be another
candidate for a good ABC collection.
