I think that PlayQ21 will do what you want. I'm pretty sure it plays directly to the PC speaker. I've used it on my HP200 so it should probably work on any PC. It doesn't always handle repeats correctly and I don't think it can handle multiple endings, so I've sometimes had to write the tune out completely in order to get it to play correctly. However it may serve for your purpose.
