That's actually more properly known as the Jenny Lind  polka.   "Heel
and  Toe  Polka"  is  that  name of a dance that just wants a simple,
regular polka like this, and it's done to any number of other  common
polka tunes.

I've heard both of these tunes, and while they're  similar,  I  don't
think I'd consider them the same tune. I don't know the name of Ulf's
tune, though.  Maybe I'll ask on the scand list.
