Yes, my experience with it is that it takes the K: data and turns it somehow into a
key signature, then names it the major key of the transposed key signature. For
example, if I have atune that uses K:EDorian, and I transpose it up to ADorian, it
puts K:G in the abc, which admittedly shows the right key signature, but not the right
mode in the K: line.
