That appears not to be the case. Both Finale's and Sibelius' web formats
allow for transposition. There are plenty of other *very* good reasons
not to post Finale and Sibelius files on the web, though...

there has been some half hearted attempts to port various abc
applications to Mac over the years, but basically Mac users are stuck
with BarFly.
Fortunately BarFly is an extremely good applications, but it does have
some limitations.

No way. I don't know about Encore, but when it comes to sheer speed, an
abc typist have no chance whatsoever against an experienced Finale user.
