I think that what you are looking for is a way of simultaneously marking the
end of the second time ending, and the beginning of the next repeat?

Almost any of the "fancy" barlines will work here, but probably :: is what
you want (you should get a heavy double bar with a pair of dots on each side).
Alternately, the regular forward repeat |: can also serve to terminate a
second ending (you should get a thick-thin bar with the dots on the right
only).

If the second repeat is at the end of a line, use |] and put the |: at the
start of the next line.
