iCab (a very fine browser!) uses the settings of the Internet (formerly Internet Config) control panel to determine how downloads are to be handled. You can access this from within the iCab Preferences menu. Look for "Formats/IE Import". There you will find the button to push to get to the settings. You can add the extension .abc to the list and have iCab download the file with the Barfly creator code. You can also access these settings by choosing Internet from Control Panels under the Apple menu. Choose "Advanced" from the Internet control panel.
