You need to know a bit more than that to do a good job - e.g. the program has to be told that high C sharp sounds like shit on most whistles and that while a fast alternation between g and e is easy, wobbling between d and B is a bugger. One thing I could use would be a search facility in the Tune Finder or in BarFly's search that would let me specify range (either absolute or relative). This would let you find tunes that could be doubled on flute and fiddle, or (my current problem) finding repertoire that fits the funny range of the ocarina.
