I think you could at least add Harmony (and possibly Melody) Assistant to that list. I know for certain that it what Dave McGlade (dgmc) our main contributer of songs for folkinfo uses. I'm aslo aware that they did fix a couple of incompatibilities we found between thier abc output and what we we using at folkinfo to use abcm2ps.
