So last time around I said I'd put together a straw man for the name attribute prefixes for the GSS EAP mechanism in ABFAB and things like SAML EC in KITTEN. I asked for input and got suggestions like "use OIDs instead," after we spent months deciding to use URIs.
I'm proposing things like urn:ietf:params:gss:fed-saml-assertion (for a saml assertion in the federated context) Please see section 5 and 6 of the most recent draft-ietf-abfab-gss-eap-naming.
