Some nits I leave to the rfc editor. They're better at fixing up references than I'll ever be. Also, while I appreciate your desire to have a title on the figure on page 16, there's already one there. It's just that xml2rfc in its infinite wizdom believes that the title of a texttable goes *at the bottom*.
