You can now comment, gripe or even sign the praises of individual features in AbiWord at http://www.abisource.com/abispec Just load any view of the spec and press the comment/gripe button at the bottom of the page, or go to the description of an individual feature, and do the same. Since many of the features don't have descriptions yet, this might be a little premature, buts its ready in any case. Enjoy!
