commit - Definition of fields moved to fp_Fields.h 
This add a file abi/src/text/fmt/xp/fp_Fields.h that contains a list of all fields. 
Add here new fileds.
To make them work, add to fp_FieldRun::calculateValue(void) in 
abi/src/text/fmt/xp/fp_Run.cpp

commit - Update of Insert Field dialog. Uses field table from fp_Fields.h 
Now with type and field listboxes
