No one complained, so I modified the exising dialog so that the OK and
Cancel buttons were on the bottom. Also removed lots of "Glade-isms" from
the gtk code. Added a Gnome version of the dialog with pretty Gnome buttons
and Gnome-dialog features. GTK and Gnome screenshots attached.
