More psiconv woes

Hello,

One more problem with Psiconv: it makes uses af strdup which is NOT 
available on the Metrowerks C Library on MacOS....

In AbiWord I replaced all occurences by UT_strdup(). Shall I do the 
same in psiconv or should I make it independant from AbiWord code 
base.
