This change consisted of:
cd psiconv
automake -i
the -i option to automake removed the -Wp,etc dependency options to cc
in the Makefile. Since we support compiling on non-gcc compilers,
this is important.
If you are using automake w/ AbiWord, please use this option.
Removed gcc-specific dependency generation from psiconv Makefiles.
