Mac port progress

I committed a bunch of Mac files this evening.

I could get AbiWord to have it menu bar (not perfect) and handling 
them (I menu pull down and all).

I'll post a couple of screenshots when I'll get the frame to display.

(don't attempt to build current CVS on a Mac, it may not work as MPW 
build system is not complete: I still use a hacked build system with 
CodeWarrior).
