commit: ttf to type 42 converter

Added directory src/tools/ttf2t42 which contains the Unix tool 
ttf2t42 for conversion of ttf fonts to type 42 fonts. Made necessary 
changes to xap_UnixFont.cpp/h and xap_UnixPSGraphics.cpp to 
automate the generation of type 42 fonts.

It should be now possible to print with ttf fonts to any PS printer.
(if you tried using ttf fonts after I added the ttf2uafm utility last 
week, you need to delete afm files generated for any of your ttf 
fonts in the fonts directory)
