This represents everything I said I could do. The latest Win32
nightly build should actually be that same as the release, since all
the changes were in the Unix tree since it was built. However, I'd
like to have a fresh build, to be sure.
I should have Unix-style source tarballs done soon.
Please, test these binaries.
