0.7.12 version check

Hi, I wrote about this before, but don't think my message got through.  In
the abiword 0.7.12 on win32, the check version in the help menu takes you to
this site:
http://www.abisource.com/users/check_version.phtml?version=0.7.12 but the
site does not list the current version of abi.
