[PATCH] : Fix for "Ignore All" Spell Dialog (Unix)

Attached here within is my patch that fixes somemore issues related to bug 1147 (Spell 
Check squiggles)

1. When "Ignore" is chosen, regardless of "AutoSpell" On/Off, misspelled word that is 
"Ignored" will not
   be underlined with squiggles. (ap_UnixDialog_Spell.cpp)

2. "Ignore All" now ignores *ALL* misspelled words with one click, as opposed to 
previous behaviour of
    just ignoring the current misspelled word.

Feedback would be appreciated. Kudos for such a cool WP. =)
