Of course it is.  So what?  There's *zero* potential for conflict here:

  - The good folks at Sun don't use it for a suffix.
  - Unlike certain competitors, we don't use AWT anywhere in the product. 

Should I admit that I made that particular choice deliberately?  ;-)
