BTW, that reminds me that I tried that just yesterday. The header and
footer seem to have minimums of 0.168" and 0.183", respectively. If
you set them to 0, they bounce back to those values. Correspondingly,
if you set top or bottom margins to 0, they bounce back to those
header/footer values.
I could not set to 0 for any of the 4 values.
