Export Word -> save as RTF .doc?

Uh, why is it that we don't as a temporary measue, make the Word
export type save RTF formatted document as .doc and let the Word
importer recognize this as well?

IMO it'll be better to document that this is what happens, rather than
document how people can get a working Word document by exporting as
RTF and do the renaming themselves.
