If you already have checked out the tree, a cvs update will be enough.
(you already have a copy, don't you ?)
Otherwise, you should do this (assuming you use zsh) :
$ CVSROOT=:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot
$ export CVSROOT
$ cvs login
(enter anoncvs)
$ cvs checkout abi
BTW, abisource.com has moved and new IP adresses may take some time
to propagate / expire from caches.
