At least all major browsers (Navigator 4.x, Opera, IE, Mozilla, iCab, Lynx)
support UTF-8.
Actually, Navigator 4.x has a bug, so it only renders "high" Unicode
characters if UTF-8 (or UTF-16) is used. Therefore it's actually *better* to
use UTF-8 than any other encodings.
