I was unclear. I talked about AbiWord autoconf build system. I know that
autoconf works on Win32 with CygWin for lots of package. Just that for
AbiWord, it needs work for each main platforms.
If someone want to provide a patch to the autoconf build to make it work on
Win32, you are wlecome. I may provide help too as I did this for MacOS X
earlier (that was not always trivial).
