OK, that is the fribidi stuff in. It will probably introduce some new 
bugs into the bidi build, but it is going to be worth it...

Hopefully it will not break the non-bidi build.

Some adjustments to the Win32 build system will be necessary so 
that it links the new library we build libAbi_fribidi.
