abiword 0.9.4 Tuesday - Melbourne time next.

Hi Folks,
        I want to tag and make a new release 0.9.4 next Tuesday, Melbourne
time.

If you think this is a bad idea please let me know. Could those people who
volenteered to help out on the 0.9.3 release, please help out on this one
too?

This should give folks in North America and Europe who have internet
connection at work enough time to respond.
