Not a bug, but a preference...
Soon as Abi opens and you're looking ata blank page, have it set to WIDTH and NOT 100%. Not everyone has their screen set to 1024 x 768 (lots use 800x600) and EVEN AT 1024 x 768, width looks a hell of a lot better than 100%. At 800x600 part of the page is off the screen and at 1024 x 768, the whole page is there, but its so damn small. Working in a public library as the network admin, I come across a lot of senior citizens who have not-the-best-of-vision and not so much money. So, their screens are 800x600 (or less sometimes) because its easier to see, and Abi is free so I introduce many of them to it and so far they have been saitisfied: AFTER the page adjustment to width. How annoying everytime you want to use it to have to re-adjust it. It would be tons easier if it were juist "'set' to be width. Thas just one example of one type of user. And how about being able to have the ability SET NAD KEEP other defaults such as font... Overall, page WIDTH is just better to start off with automatically than 100%. -David ______________________________________________________________________ David van Popering http://www.slackware.com Running slackware & WindowMaker "It's not just a computer -- it's your ass."
