The problem, I think, is that libxml1 headers are in the path before the
libxml2 headers. On uwog's machine it was gnome-config that was adding
-I/usr/include to the includes path; I reordered the includes path to
prioritize libxml2... if you're still getting this behaviour with latest
CVS then I'll need to do more rearranging.
