Andrew is completly right, changing the keyboard layout does not mind that you want to change the document language. The case described by Andrew is common in Europe. If you still want to go ahead, please make it optional.The other thing is that changing keyboard layouts does not necessarily mean you want to change the language. I change layouts every day just to access accented characters for instance. For this reason,
