Remind me how to get to bugzilla.abisource.com

I can't get to http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=4553 (or 
bugzilla at all) -- I remember some discussion on the mail list -- can 
someone remind me of the workaround -- are we using the numeric IP 
address, and what is that?
