Well art-lojban is the official IANA language code for Jojban. There is no ISO code and no SIL code. This is an example of what http://www.abisource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3227 hopes to address. I would've expected this one to work though since Abi only cares about there being an ASCII word either side of the '-'. You won't get support from the standard library but the strings and spelling should still work (if there's a dictionary). Shouldn't locale use and underscore though?
