Christian has offered to make Gnome enabled Debian packages, I will test installation and test the packages. Hub pointed out that Debian Unstable (Sid) has a recent Abiword .deb. Mike Johnson has expressed an interest in helping the Debian packager witht he packaging. I understand the need for testers. I realize that this is a volunteer effort, and that many of you are doing for us for free what you do professionally , and I for one APPRECIATE that. Thank you.
