Two possible methods;
1. Compact and repair the db into a new db instance by opening Access. Go to
the tools and then compact and repair the old db to a new db.
2. import all of the old objects into a new db instance and then try
repairing.
2a. Import each object one at a time to find the offending object, or simply
exclude the object you were working on when the db crashed.

Commerical tools exist to fix the db as well, but they have a tendency to
remove all of the keys and indexes from your native tables.
