[AccessDevelopers] RowNum in access....

Hi all,
Do anybody knows if there is a way of accomplishing RowNum as in Oracle?
e.g.
Select * FROM employeeInfo
WHERE name="Jose" and rownum=1
 
-- it will select the first row that met the specified criteria.
