Rather than have them print the forms, create a report and put a button
on the form that will print what they need, and you can format this
exactly as needed. It's the first thing I do when I see that people
have been printing the form. It usually isn't formatted to fit a page
well, and there's no need to print all the controls. The form looks
better using color, and the report reads much better if it's not in
color.

Select your tab control and adjust the back style to Transparent. If
you want a different color, then you can layer in a label underneath it
and adjust it's Back color.

I hope that helps.

Subject: [AccessDevelopers] Change color on form

I have a 2 page form created by selecting the tab control in the tool
box. The user does not like the color because they print some of the
forms and the color uses to much toner. I tried to see where to change
the color but did not see where or if the color can be changed. the
multi page form in design view seems to cover the grid. Does anyone know
if the color can be changed.

Thanks
 A.T.
