There is a demo I did years ago that allows users to change the background & text color of their forms.

Take a look at the "Chameleon Forms" demo on our website: http://www.personalpc.com/download.asp

Subject: [AccessDevelopers] Change color on form

I have a 2 page form created by selecting the tab control
in the tool box. The user does not like the color because
they print some of the forms and the color uses to much toner.
I tried to see where to change the color but did not see where or
if the color can be changed. the multi page form in design view seems
to cover the grid. Does anyone know if the color can be changed.

Thanks
A.T.
