I've never actually looked at a .btr file so I need to know what the actual problem is? Is it that the file is encrypted or in binary format? Or is it that the file has some weird kind of delimiter? If it is the latter and you cannot find the ActiveX control that John mentions then we can probably retrieve the information via Regular Expressions. I've retrieved and broken down some pretty serious data stores using just such a process.
