Jason, The fix you suggested did fix the issue we were seeing. Once we replaced the ProcessManager.py file the VIC and RAT opened when we entered the venue.
If this breaks the shared Apps this can’t be a permanent solution for us but I thought it might help Thomas track the problem down.
