Hello All, We are experiencing a problem with newly installed Access Grid 3.2 on our Windows 7 Professional (64bit) system.
VIC and RAT are not opening when we enter a venue. There are no visible errors. I can open the VIC and RAT programs individually using the command prompt. There is a firewall warning that I allow the programs though. If I disable the firewall there is no change to the problem. Everything worked fine in AG 3.1. (We are upgrading to get the HD VIC service built into AG 3.2) The following steps were taken to upgrade from AG 3.1 to AG 3.2: We uninstalled AG 3.1 and all the Python programs, deleted the User\Application Data folder and the program folders for Python and AG. We used the Access Grid Bundled Installer and didn't modify any settings other than disable the "Run integrated multicast beacon client" setting. We entered the default venue: https://vv3.mcs.anl.gov:8000/VenueServer. It connects to the venue but the VIC and RAT don't open. Disabling and re-enabling the services has no effect.
