The soon to be release H264 AGTk Video Service provides a scaler to do 960p, 720p, 576p and 480p down conversion with the Blackmagic cards. The down conversion is necessary on slower CPUs in order to provide full fps H264. It also does down conversion and cropping to CIF resolution if H261 is selected. Doug
