Todd Just to add to your email, I too see bridges (even when they are restarted) disabled on some occasions, yet you can change them to "enabled" and they work fine. It appears that the Venue Client records some false negatives sometimes for reasons I am just to fully understand.

Unfortunately, the user is now reporting that the problem no longer exists. The bridge shows up as enabled. No changes were made at the server side and the user (a technical user) reports that no changes were done at the client side either - so not much I can do to track down what changed.
