Hi Jimmy,

I can see the 720p stream on 224.2.215.62, success! :) On 233.2.171.246 I only 
see a single h261 stream.

How's the performance doing on the HD encoding machine, by the way? Have you 
tried a higher framerate or bitrate? Looks about 10fps/100-200kbps at the 
moment.

   The vic was defaulting to a TTL of 16. I restarted at 127. Also check 
224.2.215.62/62006<http://224.2.215.62/62006>.
