   I got it to show me the options by typing vic -h and it gave me an error and 
opened up the option list in windows for it. Ha!

   TTL is -t ttl, put the options first.... Hmm... So I typed:

   Vic -t 128 233.2.171.245/59966 instead. Waiting to see if you have anything 
soon. Nothing yet. - JQ
