Thanks Chris but it drops out of certmgr at the end returning to the Linux
command prompt, sorry could have made that clearer.

Steven,

The "ERROR" responses are normal; in gereral, ignore them. When  
certmgr returns to the command prompt, type:
        ?
for a list of possible commands. Your most common commands will be:
        list
        show <n>
        import <some_cert>
